Cialis Pakistan Exchange and Return Policy

At Cialis Pakistan, we are dedicated to delivering fresh and genuine products to our valued customers.

You can exchange or return products in their original and untampered condition within 7 days from the date of receipt. Please note that this policy does not apply to items purchased under “Special Offer” or refrigerated products. We do not accept returns for opened items. To process a return, you must provide the original receipt.

If you choose to return a product via courier, kindly bear the courier charges. No charges are applicable for returns made at our physical My Vitamin Store outlets.

Return and Exchange Procedure

To initiate a return, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product by sending an email to cialispakistan@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. Then, ship the product to our store address at My Vitamin Store, 31/1 CCA, Phase 5, DHA Lahore, ensuring that you include the invoice in the return parcel.

We will process your return within 3 working days upon receiving your return order.

Refund Process

If you return the product through courier, we will transfer the payment to your online bank account, which you must provide by emailing us at cialispakistan@gmail.com

If you return the product in person at our store, we can provide a cash refund.
